About the Team Who Keeps Your Clocks Ticking
We are a family-owned and -operated business that has served the Central Ohio area for over 45 years. We offer three generations of quality service. Our business hours are Tuesday through Saturday - 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. We're closed Sunday and Monday. We Repair and Restore all makes & models of clocks including Howard Miller, Ridgeway, Herschede, Hermle, Kieninger, Colonial, Trend, Sligh, Waterbury, Seth Thomas, Ansonia, New Haven, Gilberts, Schatz and more. We also restore and repair music boxes.
We are happy to give free estimates for clocks brought to our shop.
MARY E. GAINES
Mary, owner and Master Clockmaker, received her education from a very intense 5-year apprenticeship program under one of America's leading clockmakers. She has continued this as a career in life for over 45 years. She has had the honor of having some members of her family join her in her business.
ROSALIE RICHENDOLLAR
Rosalie is Mary's sister and serves as the shop coordinator and customer service person. Her friendly service is admired by all of our customers. She is very knowledgeable and is always able to give excellent clock service information. She joined Mary's shop about 30 years ago and has been a huge asset to the company.
LANDON S. GAINES
Landon is Mary's son, co-owner, and Master Clockmaker. Landon is our house call specialist. Landon started in this business at the age 13. He has worked in the shop full time for over 42 years. Besides being an expert on grandfather clocks and large wall clocks, he is also the shop expert on music boxes and cuckoo clocks. Our customers love his friendly and courteous house call services. We receive many compliments concerning Lanny's service.
LINLEY E. FRIEND
Linley has served in the shop for over 28 years. She is Rosalie's daughter. Linley is a Master Clockmaker. She repairs and restores all types of clocks. Her specialty is anniversary clocks. She is an exceptionally customer service focused member of our staff!
